I have attached a few photos for you guys. The first is our lazy bunnies. The kids often bring them in the house in the morning and give them some lettuce or a carrot. Then they lay in their box in the corner and sleep for hours while the kids do homeschool.
The second is some bananas we picked from a tree in our backyard. The whole bunch weighed 35 or 40 lbs. Stacey is baking banana bread like crazy and freezing the loaves. The last few photos are from a Royal Ranger camp we held from Dec. 5- 6th. Some of these kids come from a slum near Nairobi. Stacey and I sponsored the $3.50 camp fee for some of them. We found out later that one boy had gone 2 days without eating because he begged his mother to spend the last of their flour money to pay for his camp fee. Madison and Spencer each gave some of their allowance to pay his camp fee and so that his mother would have money to buy flour. The kids loved the camp and many of them said it was the best experience of their life.
